Liverpool to take on Arsenal at Anfield tonight. Rafa’s been testing my patience these past few weeks, so I hope tonight will bring a little joy after the recent shock defeat to Besiktas in Turkey. Alonso and Torres will be returning to the field following their recovery from their respective injuries, and I want to stress here that Rafa has admitted that the No. 14 player’s absence from playing has affected the team, and that Liverpool have missed his passing abilities. Quoth he:
“Xabi can play with pace. He has pace with the ball. It’s important
that we have someone who can switch the play before the opposing
defenders are organised, he can pass the ball 40 yards so the defenders
don’t have time. Sometimes you need a player like Xabi.”
Siapa kata Xabi Alonso obsolete hah?

For those who missed the Danish Open finals for men’s doubles, the Malaysian dynamic duo of Koo Kien Kiat and Tan Boon Heong nailed it, albeit by dropping the first set. They were redeemed through their strong performance in the rubber, but I wish they didn’t horse around so much on the courts during play. Misbun, take note.
It was a blast though.

I’ve decided that I am in complete denial about my own finals.
After slogging for the ADR paper last Friday, I’ve come to a point where I just can’t bring myself to care anymore. I’m all numbed out, I really am.
I missed my Land Law II test on Saturday morning due to unforeseen circumstances, and when I told Aisya, the first thing she says is that it’s a cause for celebration. I guess I’ve proved I have a non-kiasu streak in me somewhere.
Sedihnya.
Dah, I’ve got a game to catch I mean some notes to hunch over.
Enough said here.
