Putting things in perspective:
The Holy Month has arrived once again.
Finally, its here…and Alhamdulillah, some of us are still alive to greet it.
Less words will be said for this Ramadhan entry. In contrast to last year’s first day, I am home with my family this time around.
Lutfi’s the only one who can’t perform his Terawikh prayers tonight with the rest of the family, but I hope he remembers us, never mind the small distance.
Ramadhan really has arrived.
Its time to build up on what I’ve been lacking, to strengthen what is weak, to draw myself closer to the Almighty and to seek His bountiful grace and mercy.
Its also time to…make amends.
I hope that Ramadhan will make us all better people by the end of it, Insya Allah. That is my prayer for myself and for those whom I care for.
My dearest friends, Ramadhan Mubaarak to all of you. Help me in my self-betterment this month and after, as I will try to help you, Insya Allah.
We can only do our best.
